This ancient city, once described as a "city rich in gold," is where the Golden Mask of Agamemnon was unearthed, along with many other treasures that exactly matched descriptions in the Iliad. Enter the city by the magnificent Lion's Gate and stroll up to Agamemnon's Royal Palace.

Drive along the coastal road of the Saronic Gulf, passing the famous Corinth Canal. Then, continue on to Mycenae - which is the most important archaeological site of the mainland - and visit the imposing ruins accompanied by your professional guide.

Enjoy a drive to the most famous theater of ancient Greece at Epidaurus, renowned for its amazing acoustics (a result of the Greeks' high technical knowledge at the time) and then back to the Corinth Canal for a brief stop before returning to Athens.

This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Day 1
Driving along the costal road of the Saronic Gulf, you will pass the famous Corinth Canal, and on to Nauplio where you can spend an afternoon at your leisure and enjoy an overnight stay in this enchanting city, which was the first capital of modern Greece.

Day 2
A morning of free time to explore or relax in the sun with a spot of swimming. On your return journey to Athens, you will get the chance to visit Epidaurus and its theater, which is famous for the remarkable acoustics, before returning to Athens via the Epidaurus/Corinth road.

Children under 12 travel free (only in First Class Accommodation) provided they share a room with 2 full paying adults.
